General
Wear comfortable clothing that allows for full range of motion. You may also want to bring a water bottle and towel, though these are also freely available at the studio.
If you arrive late, we will make every effort to accommodate for the full duration of your class – however, please be advised that this is not always possible, and a late arrival may result in a shorter class.
If you need to leave class early, please let your instructor know.
Reservations
Reservations can be made online or by phone. To make a reservation online, simply visit our website and select the time at which you would like to arrive. To make a reservation by phone, call us at (201) 564-8006.
Reservations must be made at least 2 hours in advance.
Yes, a credit card is required to make a reservation. If you have an active class package or monthly pass, no payment is required at the time of reservation.
Yes, you can make a reservation for a friend (if, for example, a class is purchased as a gift). Simply provide their name and contact information when making the reservation.
Refunds & Cancellations
Cancellations can be made at no charge up to 8 hours in advance. Cancellations made less than 8 hours in advance will result in a late cancellation fee. Late cancellation fees are equal to 50% of the cost of one class.
Full refunds are issued for class cancellations made more than 8 hours in advance.
Partial refunds are issued for cancellations made 2-7 hours in advance.
Refunds are not issued for no-shows.
If you need to cancel your reservation due to an emergency, please contact the studio as soon as possible. We understand that emergencies happen, and we will do our best to accommodate your needs.
If the studio cancels a class, you will be notified by email or phone. You will have the option to reschedule your class or receive a refund.
